So far I’ve never had any issues with this. Easy to buy and use. What I like is the ability to use the leftover data as credits and it actually works. I hope they keep that feature. I also like that we can buy smaller amounts of data for those that don’t need too much unlike others that make you buy more than you need! I’ve only had to contact customer service once and it was resolved very quickly by real people! I’ve used this many times so it is the overall review and not for one particular use.

Amazing app, it has all the features that any travel might need - unlimited plans and data plans and you can convert whatever you don t consume for a future trip. Not to say their customer care team is impressive, real humans! The whole family is using Kolet!
